My diet had been shit forever my friend. All I was concerned about was getting strong putting up big numbers. Eating whatever whenever. Now it’s in point and I still want to dail it in even more.Yeah that’s what I meant. Bulking breakfast
Damn I thought you’d eat more. Every morning I eat 12-15 whole eggs with turkey bacon and milk. But your already a big guy anywayDamn. I eat 3 free range organic eggs. 2 slices of Ezekiel bread with 1 tablespoon of grass fed butter. That’s it.

I used them for 8 weeks workout plan included. Then business got busy so I dropped the wo plan and stuck with the meal plan.Oh ok, so you just bulked till you were huge lol.
