As long as the sides are tolerable, you can move up. With clen, your beta 2 receptors start to get saturated and they begin to down regulate, hence why people up the dosage over time, and eventually have to take a break for a couple of weeks. You should look into Ketotifen. It's a harmless antihistamine that plays on thos same beta 2 receptors, and what ketotifen does is essentially scrubs those receptors, and causes them to up regulate. Taking ketotifen with clenbuterol makes it possible to take clenbuterol for longer periods of time safely, and at lower doses. With ketotifen a dose of clenbuterol becomes 30% to 40% more effective. Look into it

2 or 3 mg of ketotifen daily will suffice
