As @BigBaldBeardGuy ’s eldest son I think I can share an opinion: you may not be at fault, and if you refuse to agree no one will blame you but these little shows of good faith will help you out in the long run. Should you ever encounter some bad luck for a stretch things like this would help keep your core customers more at ease. I doubt this guy is scamming (unless he wants like 2 vials of Bac), he still wants to pay and isn’t asking for a discount. I even heard of tracking being incorrect, it’s not fedex or ups it’s the usps after all. Just an opinion
