Never hear chorizo being mentioned much. Sure is a staple around this house hold. Where did you find out about it?

There’s a place here with shrimp and grits with chorizo = AWESOME!

I bought some, but made the mistake of looking at the ingredients. Possibly worse than a hotdog. I didn’t know pigs had some of these parts.

Chorizo has been the rage for a while bro. Chipotle made it famous.

Chipotle?!?? Lmao

Try living on South Padre with Brownsville just minutes away and the Mexican border just a couple more minutes passed that.
Fuckers eat chorizo on their chorizo. Infamil baby formula has chorizo in it.

If you’re ever in the valley hit up Laredo Taco Co. inside the Valero Stripes gas stations and ask for a Q Taco.

You’re welcome.

Sunday question.

Say you need 2-3cc from a new vial to finish up a cycle, but don’t plan to run that compound again for a while. How long do you guys feel comfortable storing it after introducing air into the vial?

I know hospitals, etc. go a little crazy and say 28 days, but what about 6-12 months because you don’t run the same cycle twice in a row?

Why risk an infection just to hold on to the last $20 of a $30 vial?

That’s why I wanted some input on what others are doing. I can be a little ocd at times (according to my wife). It feels wrong throwing good product out, but we can’t always map out a cycle to use every drop either.

Say a person bought some DHB to test the pip, but doesn’t plan to run the cycle for a while. You used 2cc of that vial and? Personally I am holding onto it...

Not telling you its smart or not but I've pinned from partial vials that have sat for months and haven't had any issues from it.

It's your health and your abcess. Enjoy that $20 savings.

Yeah I was under the impression the alcohol keeps it bacteria free for a while.

First off i just want to say i spend a lot of money making what I make as close to sterile as possible.

That being said. Look at every vial you have. Open, closed, new, or old. Is there some air in it? Well, i don't know a single brewer putting sterile air in their vials. Therefore, the air in the vial will be no different than the air introduced via using some of the said vial. Autoclaving makes sterile vials. .22 micron filters make sterile gear. Added BA keeps little cultures from growing in your gear.

Feel free to open and use from that vial. It will last just as long as a new unopened one.
