I was a multi-unit manager for Chipotle for 4 years. I was over 3 restaurants and over 65 employees. Some of the best and most successful years of my life honestly. To this day I make the best rice, pico, and guacamole. I have all of their recipes down to the "T". Managing those restaurants taught me everything I know about managing people, money, and P&L.
