It’s a better idea to run cycles adding just one compound at a time so you learn how your body responds to each specific compound.
So for a 2nd cycle you should run one or the other, not both at the same time. EQ is a long 16 week cycle (which is a long time to be shut-down if you are going to PCT) while NPP is a shorter 10-12 week cycle. EQ can cause hemocrit issues and elevated blood pressure and slight anxiety for some people. NPP might have prolactin issues leading to deca dick.
These are all variables that are a lot easier to manage one compound at a time. Once you learn how to manage them you can double/triple things up. Keep it simple for now though.
Thanks 3BG! Excellent advice. I've read extensively about side effects from both before deciding on EQ. I'll stick with EQ for this run and get my bloods done as planned every 4 weeks.
If one experiences anxiety on EQ what can be done to mitigate it if anything? Lower dose or just come off?
My last cycle got extended to 14 weeks and recovery went well. I realize as I continue it can get harder to recover each subsequent cycle.
