The way he posted it seemed odd to me at the time. That’s why I posted my response to it. It definitely came off as blaming the source (TGI). I actually didn’t think it go this far though.
@TitaniumGear (TGI) I believe any issue that can or is caused by the customer is on said customer and does not come back on you. You shouldn’t have to replace anything that has been opened by a customer that could act in a reverse scam. Unopened vials that have issues (contaminants) is on you. Once a vial is opened it should be dismissed to fall back onto you.
That’s my opinion...
