It happened to 3 after further examination the next day so the odds are it's going to happen again. I wasn't doing anything wrong to cause it.

I’m willing to sacrifice one of my TPP/NPP vials of the same batch to try and put an end to this bullshit. I’ll push a 23g needle through it 10 times to see if any stopper comes off ? Everyone ok with that ? I’ll post a before and after picture?
