Tomorrow is the last day of high volume finishing with Bi's Tri's and Traps. Then starting Sunday will be a true deload gor next week and I can tell it is time.

The only issue, in 3 weeks I go in for dental surgery get all my top teeth out. So that week will be a partial week off as I will get the first two days in just miss the last 3. Then 2 months of life with no top teeth. Between getting in enough cals and keeping macros in check, and being self conscious those two months will be interesting to say the least lol

my buddy literally blends avo chicken and greens and loves it lmao, i stick to the fruits oats and peanut butter n stuff and yogurt or cottage cheese, but it fills me tf up and i can easily drink 4000 plus cal in a day

No doubt can get the cals but dont seem full on liquid diet. May have to be but gonna try to eat anyways. Have had a few suggestions on things to try. 2 weeks from Wednesday its go time lol

Trust try the fruit blaster smoothie i told you about and dump peanut butter in that hitch I usually do two massive spoonfuls so really it’s about 3-5 spoonfuls lol it will get u filled up

Getting ready to head out to the gym. Been thinking and reading. I am getting ready to order some more gear in the next month. I have been thinking about adding an oral to next blast if I blast again this year. Also took a look at my baseline bloods. Seeing I am high SHBG 67, I have been looking into lowering SHBG and have started reading about Proviron. I am thinking when I place my order for some more gear adding proviron to my order. Thinking running it on my cruise and/or blast to hopefully unbind more test. Anyone have thoughts on this?

Any dht should lower shbg
 
Reading more on Var, it is a compound I have thought about for some time. I never thought of it to lower SHBG. Price for Var would be a factor for sure. Mast is an option too but that means more pins and on my cruise less is best lol.

I am thinking, I have been happy with the deload and slower eccentrics, full squeeze on concentrics. Also slow methodical form.i am thinking that because I have surgery in 2 weeks, and will be out of the gym for a week. That maybe instead of a full jump back to 100% that maybe go to 80% next week and 90% on the 2 days I can get in before surgery. The after surgery start at 90% and get rolling. Keeping the form as strict as possible as the weight comes back up.

Buddy of mine doesn’t have any issues whatsoever but just chooses to blend his food. Makes it a lot easier for him to stay consistent and on track. I thought he was joking but I’ve actually seen him leave his place in the morning and have 4 shaker bottles each with 10oz of chicken, coconut water, and whatever his carb source is at the time. Hell of a physique as well. I was like what the fuck lol.

I too thought of 6 oz ground Turkey, 1 cup mashed potatoes and some green beans in the blender. Wont look good, but other than texture would think it would taste like what it is lol
 
So did my 2 week weigh in today as it was my grandsons birthday and knew my diet would be off some. Down another pound so, the slow cut is going as planned, about a half lb a week. 206lbs this am, so pretty happy with that. Measurements are tomorrow. Thinking my next order to be more test cyp, enough for a year long cruise or 12 week blast and 6 month cruise, with some var. Not sure if running bar on cruise is a good plan or not as this cruise will continue until at least June due to work.
