What are you considering “low carb”? Likely it’s an electrolyte imbalance causing you to feel like shit. Need more sodium, magnesium, and potassium. Also, your body probably doesn’t know how to effectively burn fat for fuel unless you go <30g carbs for 4-8 weeks. If you’re on a caloric deficit your body is likely just storing these healthy fats as it prepares for starvation mode.

This, when my wife started Keto, I thought why not I will do it too. Well about a week in I felt literally like death, so I said fuck this and started eating white rice again. LOL My body does not like that at all. I wouldn't of made it 1-2 months feeling like that.

I am supplementing magnesium and sodium, not potassium. I can try that. No way Im doing 30 g of carbs for 4 weeks. Id loose my job.
It’s actually not that bad. You would feel much better than you do now. You’re body is still burning glycogen for energy and you’re not feeding it enough. Dropping below 30g carbs would teach your body to burn fat for energy which is a much cleaner form of energy and will give you consistent levels. It depends on what your goals are though. I’m just stating why you feel like shit 100g carbs a day.

It’s not going to store fats from your diet if your body has less energy than it needs. The fats earlier in the day are burned as energy and triggers fat metabolism. It also keeps insulin levels low.

Keto isn't that bad. It's the first two weeks that really suck. After that, you can burn alot of fat. Gonna jump back on after this cycle to cut down. Works really well for me anyways.

Ive tried keto twice. Never made it more than 3 weeks. Ended up with diarrhea, nausea, headaches. Fuck that noise

I think some do well on it. I know people who have lost 40+ Lbs on it. Unfortunately I aint one. I hear more success stories with keto for people that dont lift.

Big ol fat dude at work has lost 68 pounds on it in 3 months. Keto/Atkins/South Beach are very hard to live long term.

I was assuming he consumed the fats with some carbs which would cause an insulin spike and store the fat. Once the glucose depletes yes his body will turn to fat for fuel but it will not power the brain. He will be starving thus making him feel like shit.
 
Keto is for really fat people that don’t workout. Carbs give your muscles the power to contract. If you are an athlete you need carbs.

I also don’t like diets that are not sustainable. How can you go your whole life without carbs. It’s so dumb.

Not saying keto doesn’t have its place. I am not a fan.
Read a study that said low/no carb has ruined people’s metabolism. Definitely not sustainable, but hey - we all want the easy way out, don’t we?

He sold Bold Cyp that had 25% Deca in it. Now his stoppers are deteriorating and he isn’t replying to anyone’s messages and sending out partial orders. Some people are waiting 2+ weeks on packs. And he’s been MIA from his thread for a week today.
 
Fats with carbs do not create a significant amount of insulin release. Fats greatly reduce carbohydrates metabolism. How old are you? Complex carbs with fats creates very stable blood sugar levels.
So donuts (fat with carbs) won't spike my bloodsugar?
