Edit: Gym report. Shoulder is still very slow on the progress of pushing. It's a little frustrating when your squat and dead are shooting up like never before, but it hurts to barbell bench 225. I will keep taking it slow, I know my chest strength is there. So more recovery is needed on the shoulder.

I hit 2 line drive homers on Sunday about 340-360..lol Glad to see someone else smashing it up.

Go easy. 6 to 8 weeks off recoup isn't worth it.

Dudley ball or clincher?? U know those clinchers are sponges. I miss the Dudleys, but I might kill someone with that ball. Or a ⚾? Lol. If I hit a baseball they would have to put the home run fence on the moon the way this tren has got me

Take your time I’ve gone now twice threw it ...u will really regret it if you don’t..throw a twist of research chemicals on it like TB-500 250 mg everyday shit is amazing for fixing tears,pulls,strains ect just a thought;and stretch that shoulder around gently adding pressure or you’ll get all bunched up...just trying to help not telling u anything my worthless two cents k

I'm post op 4 months, is it too late for tb500? Was having this conversation last night at the gym. My rotator cuff group was flawless he said. This was a distal clavicle resection.

oh, and do you inject around the sight or just normal belly shot?

Careful using terms like “post op”. I know for a fact my son @The Terminator searches the forums for shit like that.

Bigbaldbeardguy I still smile writing that out my hands wants toughguy instead of beardguy for the life of me I don’t know why..the TB-500 can be put anywhere your blood will disburse it around but right around that area is where it went and add BPC-157 same amount..is it too late? Well look at it like this...are you healing from something? Do you want your shoulder back to normal faster? It simply works so much so that even areas u never knew had a problem gets better? Can’t hurt right..next back down from 225 and get the amount one lifts out of your head..drop it to what you do 20 reps comfortably after another month do 12 reps few times - then back up again for a month then following month do 8 reps you’ll be fine you’ll grow DONT TRAIN IT TOO MUCH ...”THE LESS YOU TRAIN, THE MORE YOU GAIN,BUT WHEN YOU TRAIN,YOU TRAIN IN PAIN” a saying I made up when I really learned how to grow ...don’t kill me but whats wrong with saying “post op?” Here we go easy EASY GUYS I guess I missed it ughhhh...I have a funny feeling you all leaning towards some butt action sickohss...girls are it maybe OP=ovulating pussy -cool that’s it

That's what I have been doing. Light dumbbell press for reps. Just a test run on barbell last night. I realize I just need more healing time. Could you point me in a good direction for peptides? PM if necessary..

Maskedliberty ok then go for it you won’t regret it..u might want to stand clear of dumbbells for a minute because your other arm can help stabilize that situation and get you past areas that might not feel too good working past that point working together as a unit.. you’ll notice that Roto cuff can do all kinds of angles with the dumbbell and it might be best that the other arm help stabilize that and work slowly to get to that point next peptides ..pick up rad-140 and GW-501516 allegedly take around 25mg of this powder under tongue (not for human consumption btw) once a day or an hour before working out :)) make sure you get back to me let me know how that feels!! You know empty stomach if possible but get it under the tongue next is the peptide TB-500 and BPC-157 what ever the amount do your math to accomplish 250-300 mg pin every other shoulder or under stomach skin is fine too..get three different types of magnesium always chelate,oxide,citrate every day take one of each .. Believe me everybody is in short supply of magnesium If you’ve ever experienced a muscle cramp or you wake up in the morning and your calves or your thighs locked up with a cramp and it’s real painful its because there’s a gross magnesium deficiency.. when you start consuming large amounts of milk and calcium it offsets the magnesium significantly so if you increase your magnesium levels when you train and especially while doing enhancers your muscles will grow like a sponge you’ll notice the difference between night and day after about two weeks if not two days ..if you don’t sit down and eat beets everyday then your magnesium deficient and you’re not growing as fast as you could.. it’s a significant part of hypertrophy ..your welcome some of this information I don’t just give away but I’ve grown fond of everybody here and when you master these combinations of things there’s no limit what you can accomplish
