Athletic Cycle, suggestion.

A very close friend of mine asked my opinion on what mild cycle he could do according to his needs.
He is 36 year old, bf around 10%. Professional soccer player the last 17 years. He is at his last 2 seasons before retirement. He is active with weightlifting. But his main concern is something to keep his energy levels up strength and speed. And of course healing time between training sessions and matches. He want to add some muscle cause due to intense training aerobic/anaerobic and his age muscle building started to decline.(told me he is doing 4 meals per day) He has done already 4-5 cycles with winstrol and test prop at the past but he hates tendon pain from winny and doesent help him with his intense sport cause makes him injury prone.
It would be interesting to hear your opinion as here are very informed people and athletes.
Thank you

I really don’t think there is anything as a “mild” cycle.. I mean staying away from tren deca and everything that shuts you down hard and has nasty sides. Orals can be harsh too. But if his training is that intense that he is declining I don’t see a point of the training. If he isn’t able to eat enough to combat this drugs really won’t help. He’s gotta up the calories. How many calories are in those 4-5 meals? I’d suggest just some testosterone at 350-500 mg a week depending how much size. Assuming not a lot of he’s a soccer player and maybe some anavar at 50 mg a day. Kick start with some prop and throw the anavar in whenever he feels. If he’s injury prone deca is a good option from what I know about it but I have very limited knowledge on deca.

Weight training doing by himself under the guidance of their soccer trainer. But his everyday aerobic/anaerobic training cant be skipped. Its part of his job with his team. Calories i dont know , thats the first thing i asked him , too. 4 meals told me with lean proteins and a lot of carbs. The point is he keeps asking me if he can use primobolan with some prop.

Test and EQ - 250 and 400 respectively. No orals or exotics...

A lot of people recommend EQ with endurance sports but my experience with it has been quite the opposite. It depends on his blood work and how his body reacts to the hormone. If he's like me and already has high hematocrit, or if eq raises his to the extreme like many people, then I'd avoid eq.

At some point recovery isn’t about food.

Fighting the battle with age is very much a hormonal question. He could eat his ass off and not tip the scales towards muscle recovery much more than he is now. Exogenous hormones change this dramatically.

I agree 100 percent. I believe that it’s probably number 1 on the list of things to consider when dealing with weight loss/gain. Would you agree?
But you are probably more than right in this situation as this isn’t some average joe if he is a professional athlete.

exactly guys, thats why he want so bad to use something. He eats a lot and i mean a lot of simple carbs. But they dont do the trick. Bloodwork is fine. Everything is in range , he told me his TT is now at 430, labs give normal values between 250-900. His E2 is 27. Also i asked him about thyroid. Everything is ok.
Everything seems to be in range.

No reason for him to really by using AAS while playing soccer really. If does decide to id recommend him get blood work beforehand.
Lose dose test like 150mg of enanthate and 150mgs of EQ MIGHT BE BENEFICIAL. I think anything more than that you are doing more harm than good, atleast from what I remember when I played soccer, was that it was incredibly important to be light on your feet, doses any higher I would be concerned about the amount of LBM might start increasing to the point Where you are no longer light on your feet

somewhere i red that pep guardiola when he played at brescia in 2001,(italy) he was using deca :D, they caught him with doping control. and this man was very very light. And he kept saying that his body produced traces of this substance o_O. The golden era of steroids on soccer back in 1990-2005.
