And that pic is from last July I had been on 150 a week for 6 months up till than and until a month ago I've thrown in 120 a week npp...ima do that till may than drop that and use mast at 200 thru summer than drop back down to the 150 test only...i take three days off a week from gym and I do 1000 push ups 200 pull ups and 200 leg raises each of those days and those were the biggest physique changes...i have a long history of calisthenics and I feel they are a necessity

I'm honestly scared too...and I like looking at my stash and seeing I'm good for over a year...i honestly just did it for health..ill just be honest I tested positive not too l9ng ago and I read that can lower ur test and I always had a sick body naturally and thinking I could lose that I wasn't goona sit around and wait for that to happen so I started trt...

Hiv...i ain't dying tho...the medication is amazing...im undetectable now...which means I can't transmit it...by law tho I'm required to still let woman kno...some girls that don't understand are scared away...woman with medical understanding are cool with it...i was with a few rns that had unprotected sex with me cause they kno they can't get it...i was injecting meth up till last year sharing dirty needles and fuckin every nasty thing in sight...so I kinda deserved to catch it...but hey at least I can't catch it again so I got that outta the way lol
