I copied this from the Mayo Clinic site...

A fasting blood sugar level less than 100 mg/dL (5.6 mmol/L) is normal. A fasting blood sugar level from 100 to 125 mg/dL (5.6 to 6.9 mmol/L) is considered prediabetes. If it's 126 mg/dL (7 mmol/L) or higher on two separate tests, you have diabetes. Oral glucose tolerance test.Aug 8, 2018

My fasted glucose level is usually around 60
Holy fuck lol. Do you carb or sugar at all? I have access to a machine and will be keeping an eye on it. Could have been something I ate the night before I was going on vacay the week before and blew off my diet. Getting back on track. Will be picking up that gda For sure. Thanks for al the heads up

Man...I’m sorry...i don’t think anything you ate the night or week before jacked your fasting BG up to 110 unless you ate < 3hrs before the test (making it not fasted).

Two tests. Trending upward. Assume the worst and make a change. Worst case, you lower it.

Nah I hear ya. Trust me I do. Will def be getting that checked.

Dude, be careful with all this talking. Giving her all of your nonsexual attention. She will either get bored with you or friend zone you

This. In my experience if you want her to stick around you got to keep some of the mystery by not telling her everything and say no once in a while. Its a marathon, not a sprint. But I get it, you connect with someone right away and the sparks fly.

Numbers great. I was definitely fasted. Not sure why that number on glucose as I’m really not that big into sugars. I don’t drink any sodas or anything like that. Would this cycle cause an increase in glucose? I just checked my labs from last cycle and I was at 97

AAS decrease the effectiveness of insulin and make your liver dump more glucose into your bloodstream.

I started taking Berberine but don't know yet if it helped my numbers. I was fighting a nasty cold when I had pre-cycle bloods taken. My glucose level was at 102. Just a bit over the limit of 99. My doc said not to worry as when your body is under stress the levels can rise.

Thanks for that input. I was also fighting a cold when I got bloods done. Came back from Colombia and I guess I caught a nasty cold there. Lasted about 2 weeks. Last night I still had some coughing.

@Mac11wildcat - now you've got me a little worried. Doc has reviewed all but the 2019 ones, but has never mentioned it.

My past 5 years:
2013: 97
2015: 94
2016: 101
2017: 101
2018: 107
2019: 108
2019: 98

Thanks for your tips on things I can do until my next physical - I'll have a look at berberine, GDA, and cinnamon.

Have you checked it today now that you're feeling better? Just a cough wont affect your BG.
