@Mac11wildcat - now you've got me a little worried. Doc has reviewed all but the 2019 ones, but has never mentioned it.

My past 5 years:
2013: 97
2015: 94
2016: 101
2017: 101
2018: 107
2019: 108
2019: 98

Thanks for your tips on things I can do until my next physical - I'll have a look at berberine, GDA, and cinnamon.
It’s a bit odd that it’s stayed high but stable without a real trend over that time. Probably why your doc isn’t that concerned. Plus, doctors see this shit daily now; half the population is obese and prediabetic.

Those are fasted? I’m reading that before 2003 110 was the number to diagnose you with pre diabetes. There is also supposedly a shit ton of people who don’t even know their numbers. Probably why they lowered the number to get them ahead of time

Appreciate it - Worst/best case like you mentioned, my fasted glucose is consistent despite the years before 2018 was when my diet was shit. Now that it's 100% on point (MFP/nSuns TDEE spreadsheet), no simple sugars (sans fruit) for 6 months - I've got some foundation to base a conversation with my doctor on. Family history of diabetes, but my family isn't known for being the pinnacle of healthy eating either.

Always something to improve on.
