Titanium Gear Industries (domestic source)

@TitaniumGear (TGI) want to be sure; there’s no incentive for bulk orders other than non-private guys getting a chance right?
That and it's super cool.

Looks like another source is in this thread creeping around giving out likes.
I'm flattered.
Nope. Been one fine day to be honest. Stay in your own thread dickhead.

And I'm not your son either.

No hard feelings. Just the way it works around here.

Unless @TitaniumGear (TGI) invited you to his thread that is.
i did not...

@adnansanat

I’ll be nice since you’re new here and you also caught me on a pretty fucking good day. Lucky you!

If you’re still sourcing here that means you are not a member and you need to remain isolated to posts within your own source thread. It’s courtesy among sources here. It’s also frowned upon by members who may perceive you advertising yourself throughout MESO.

Go back to your own thread unless we specifically tag you into a thread.

You're so merciful m'lord

*puts away pitchfork*

I do this before every set.

Nothing makes me more strong and peaks my testosterone levels more at the gym than seeing a fine ass female in some tight ass leggings!
If a beautiful female walks up beside me to do her set then I immediately get stronger! Then I’ll start counting out loud and shit... 998...999...1000!! o_O

She’ll look at me in amazement and say “WOW, you didn’t look like you’d be able to count that high...”

Geez, thanks pretty lady.. :(

:D:p

To be honest I dont see how in the fuck any of you villagers lift along side fine ass women.

Geared to the gills wanting to fuck a knot hole in a picket fence.

Shit I'd rip every appendage in half either trying to impress or jerking off in the corner. LMFAO.

This isn’t a BB work scheme in any way though. And what is “fitness” defined as?

What i care about is minimum workload/volume and intensity to stimulate MPS and adaptation in order to minimize the time to do it again. This is an undefined and trial by error process IMO. If you’ve got sources on relating hard/defined periodization to hypertrophy in trained, enhanced athletes I’ll gladly read.

In general I find this approach, for bodybuilding anyways, WAY too deep in the weeds.

You probably apply it somewhat naturally anyway. Fitness is strength/hypertrophy/performance. A bigger muscle, given same leverages is a stronger muscle. As you've gotten generally bigger, you've become stronger (not talking about peak trained state for a particular lift necessarily). Fatigue is state of system and CNS.

This is why in just about all sports you see people take it easy immediately before a competition. They are deloading volume and dissipating fatigue to rest.

This is why when you are feeling unmotivated for a bit you decrease work or take a break to refresh (lowering volume is generally the best route though).

The theory sounds complicated but in practice it doesn't need to be. The most important thing to know for your purpose (next increment of progress and applying productive stimulus as soon as optimal to achieve it) is that by purposefully undulating workload you can tolerate a lot more productive stimulus a lot more often. 3 hard weeks and 1 easy or whatever is right for you (not contest prep I don't think). CNS recovers real fast so manage it like the battery it is. Don't crush the battery but drain it down and then recharge strategically (your body will grow fast during that period). You can go a bit hy feel but have a plan. Consider that the more you advance the stimulus is not a day or week but may extend into a full period for that next increment of progress.

Just knowing the rule and how CNS works will help. Doesn't need to be all math and fancy. You know your body best so just pay attention. This little piece of info is gold. You can likely apply 50% or more stimulus over a long period by managing the battery or even knowing it exists. That's how it relates to your goal.

Now the reality is enough time, drugs and food you can likely get to wherever you are going anyway. I'm just saying that understanding how/why training impacts the body, you can get there straighter and faster. My 2 cents anyway.
