Picking up milled rye tomorrow. Plan is to mash in Tuesday or Wednesday and run it about a week and a half later, like may 10th or 11th. I've procrastinated enough, shit or get off the God damn pot.

Keep your oxidized guaiacol. It loses/gains no new properties from oxidization. I checked on that prior to brewing with it.
