Unhealthy Bloodwork after 10 weeks of TrenH/E; suggestions please

Hi fellas,
I would appreciate some help here to mitigate the problems highlighted with bloodwork.
3 issues in bloodwork:
-lipid profile; i have read studies stating test alone can screw up the cholesterol profile but i am guessing Tren Hexa/Enan is the main contributor
CHOL=HIGH 319mg/dL at 8.26 nmol/L
TG=in range at 144mg/dL (1.63 nmol/L)
HDL=LOW at 17.4mg/dL (0.45 nmol/L)
LDL=273 mg/dL (7.06 nmol/L)
NON-HDL=HIGH at 301mg/dL (7.81 nmol/L)

-kidneys functon; eGFR 1 point below the minimum. Lab's notes say it is mild to moderately decreased kidney function
Creatinine= HIGH at 129 umol/
eGFR= LOW at 59 ml/min/1.73*m2

-thyroid function; both TSH and T4 are high very slightly. Confusing part is if T4 is high then TSH should be low not high
TSH=HIGH at 6.6
T4=HIGH at 26
I am hypothyroid, runs in the family, and on 150mcg/day of synthyroid

In terms of the compounds, for the past 10 weeks, I was on the following cycle:
-test cyp; average 600mg/wk
-tren hexa/Enan (50/50); average 310mg/wk-decreased to 250mg/wk for the last 2 weeks
-deca for joint relief; average 250mg/wk; was dropped a week before blood work to lower total of 19-nor compounds
-0.5mg of anastrazole every 2-3 days and 20mg of nolva every day to tame lump below left nipple that was developed during 2.5weeks of dbol in a previous cycle at a dose of 20mg/day
-20mg of accutane per day for 1 week before blood work and continuing to combat acne

I was planning on continuing the cycle to 16-20 weeks at 600mg/wk of test, only 200mg/wk of TrenEnan and adding Eq at 600mg/wk if bloodwork came out fine. In light of the issues highlighted, I will be dropping tren competely this week, dropping test to TRT dose of 250mg/wk and am still thinking about keeping EQ to help keep the gains. Or I can swap out EQ with PrimoE to help keep gains. Or sensible option is to drop all except Test and add 3-4ius of HGH to help preserve muscle tissue. BTW, I am on doctor prescribed TRT along with HCG.

What would you guys recommend to help improve the real issues you see in the bloodwork?

How long after discontinuing tren, would the lipid profile, kidney and thyroid function return to normal? I have read studies showing it takes about 12 weeks.

@The Terminator , @T-Bagger I think you are some of these issues from tren If I am not mistaken...

Thanks in advance for suggestions!

Hasn’t happened to me but I’ve seen others have bad creatinine and gfr numbers with Tren, and definitely poor lipids, if I remember correctly the kidney numbers normalized pretty quickly for him but he was on Tren A. Cholesterol should also improve after a few weeks, not sure about thyroid but I wouldn’t be surprised if that improved once you cut the Tren. I would discontinue everything but your dr rx trt/hCG and check the blood again a after a few weeks.

@Logan44551, Thank you brother for sharing your experience and giving my kidney's a good hope...lol
This is the first time I ran tren and it was much more recomp in 10 weeks than months of hgh.
What was your tren cycle like in terms of compounds?

@Urgentfury12 i think had bad kidney numbers on low dose Tren that cleared up after he stopped

Test by itself messes with my lipids but I attribute my most recent clusterfuck of bad lipids directly to the tren.
Test alone even at 200mg/wk can screw up only HDL but not the other lipoproteins according the following paper. Important point mentioned is HDL-C levels were decreased in 78% of the men by month 3, 83% by month 6, 94% by month 9 and 97% by month 12 of treatment of 200mg/wk of Test E. In all men the HDL-C decrease was reversible within 1 month of stopping TE administration.

Thanks for sharing. How much and how long before you see an effect?
I normally like to donate blood every 3-4months. It's also a way for me to give back to the community/world who have helped family member in dire need of blood transfusion.
Lol idk I just attempt suicide every three months in my bathtub...seems to keep me in range

It was my first tren run as well I did 350 with 750 test. Run got cut short, got hospitalized for meningitis at around week 8.

That is a serious problem. Hope treatment and management went well. Here I am making a big deal about lipid profile being out of whack...lol.

That’s Test E. Since Cyp is superior, I refuse that data and will be just fine with my lipids :D

On a serious note though, how does one on TRT come off in order for their lipids to return to normal?
