Hi fellas,
I would appreciate some help here to mitigate the problems highlighted with bloodwork.
3 issues in bloodwork:
-lipid profile; i have read studies stating test alone can screw up the cholesterol profile but i am guessing Tren Hexa/Enan is the main contributor
CHOL=HIGH 319mg/dL at 8.26 nmol/L
TG=in range at 144mg/dL (1.63 nmol/L)
HDL=LOW at 17.4mg/dL (0.45 nmol/L)
LDL=273 mg/dL (7.06 nmol/L)
NON-HDL=HIGH at 301mg/dL (7.81 nmol/L)
-kidneys functon; eGFR 1 point below the minimum. Lab's notes say it is mild to moderately decreased kidney function
Creatinine= HIGH at 129 umol/
eGFR= LOW at 59 ml/min/1.73*m2
-
thyroid function; both TSH and T4 are high very slightly. Confusing part is if T4 is high then TSH should be low not high
TSH=HIGH at 6.6
T4=HIGH at 26
I am hypothyroid, runs in the family, and on 150mcg/day of synthyroid
In terms of the compounds, for the past 10 weeks, I was on the following cycle:
-test cyp; average 600mg/wk
-tren hexa/Enan (50/50); average 310mg/wk-decreased to 250mg/wk for the last 2 weeks
-deca for joint relief; average 250mg/wk; was dropped a week before blood work to lower total of 19-nor compounds
-0.5mg of anastrazole every 2-3 days and 20mg of nolva every day to tame lump below left nipple that was developed during 2.5weeks of dbol in a previous cycle at a dose of 20mg/day
-20mg of accutane per day for 1 week before blood work and continuing to combat acne
I was planning on continuing the cycle to 16-20 weeks at 600mg/wk of test, only 200mg/wk of TrenEnan and adding Eq at 600mg/wk if bloodwork came out fine. In light of the issues highlighted, I will be dropping tren competely this week, dropping test to TRT dose of 250mg/wk and am still thinking about keeping EQ to help keep the gains. Or I can swap out EQ with PrimoE to help keep gains. Or sensible option is to drop all except Test and add 3-4ius of HGH to help preserve muscle tissue. BTW, I am on doctor prescribed TRT along with HCG.
What would you guys recommend to help improve the real issues you see in the bloodwork?
How long after discontinuing tren, would the lipid profile, kidney and thyroid function return to normal? I have read studies showing it takes about 12 weeks.
@The Terminator ,
@T-Bagger I think you are some of these issues from tren If I am not mistaken...
Thanks in advance for suggestions!
