My frustration with Dick is because if he wanted a refund he could have just mentioned that to me in his email this morning rather than agreeing to a replacement and I would've arranged it.

No, they did not ever mail me a replacement. They said they were going to, but changed their mind. You can read that in the email he sent me where he admits this.

They have not shipped me anything else, and I don't want them to. I just want a refund as I've already ordered test E from another source.

So the bottom line is, they have my $111 (pending refund) and I have 5000mg of something labeled Tren, which I absolutely am not going to pin as I cannot use Tren right now. All of this has been explained to them over a dozen or so emails.

A member of my team has contacted Dick to make the refund, so I believe it's sorted.

The problem is I've already purchased a $40 expedited shipping label addressed to Dick's house. So if he had been up front about wanting a refund instead of a replacement it would have saved me that pointless loss.

So you promised to send me replacement Test E 10 days ago, and then change your mind but don't tell me? This, after I was crystal clear with you that I cannot pin something labeled "Tren." That alone is deeply unprofessional.

You did not send me the test C, had already lied about sending Test E at that point, I contacted you right away, and you can refund a label. More lies, more gaslighting.

The only thing I have done wrong is choosing to order from your store.

$111 really isn't a lot and it could've have saved us all this drama if you'd have been up front about it.

My friend, you are the business and I am the customer. All of this drama could have been avoided if you had done any of the following simple customer service steps:

1) Shipped me what I originally ordered and paid for - Test E, labeled as Test E, in a Test E box

2) Not lied to me on April 29th that you had already sent out replacement test E

3) Not told me to just "pin it anyway" on May 9th, and provided a real customer service solution at that time (like a refund or full store credit)

4) Finally, refunded me when I asked instead of running to the forums

You are infuriating to deal with. You remind me of my ex wife. Good day sir.
 
I'll just leave this here for anyone who still plans on ordering from them. This is what you're going to deal with. Being sent the wrong product, messed with about it, then told to just inject it anyway, and then attacked as if you did something wrong. Hm, truly just like my ex wife.

Now if it was a simple “thanks for bringing the mislabeling issue to our attention HERE IS A FULL REFUND” then NONE of this would have happened. Why you didn’t do that is beyond me.
