i figured it carried the same "rules" as AAS. Wherein, if you don't fine tune diet, training and rest, you're just spinning your wheels.
It kinda sounds like DNP is the closest thing there is to "the magic pill" for weight loss.
Of course, i would imagine that the more you put in (effort, not more DNP) the more you'll get out of it.
So just my experience for what it's worth. I started DNP on a Monday, took 100mg per day for 5 days .That Saturday I switched up to 200mg for 11 days, then went to 300mg for the last 5 days. I wanted to see what I could tolerate and only wanted to go 3 weeks for sides. I think 100mg in my opinion is easy to tolerate, 200mg I felt a little warmer but still easy, 300 you could tell it was there ie, I would have night sweats but not soaking the sheets. I didn't change up my eating much other than cut out a lot of carbs, not all but a lot. I don't know if I did something wrong but In 3 weeks I lost a pound or two but then it came right back. I started and ended at the same weight. My thought is this. If I have to change up the way I eat, I might as well just do that and train a little harder. Someone here mentioned that it's not a miracle pill. Will to read about what it did to the workers back in the 30's you would think it was. I'm sure they didn't change up their eating while working and still lost weight. Sorry for the long post but I just wanted to give my experience. If in the wrong section, sorry.
Things are still good@shreddedlabs
Would be nice if you could drop in and let everyone know things are still good....if they are.
Idk how you handle 800......I just went like 12 days at 400......it's bearable, but it's a miserable feeling at the same time.....Currently running 800/day for 15 days. Only sides are heat, sweating, lethargy, and abdominal bloating/ water retention.
Not as bad as I thought 800 would be. This is my 4th run on DNP, usually stay at 400
Eating 2500/day
Dropped roughly 12 pounds in 10 days
Weights 45 mins and cardio 1 hour per day.
I'm no DNP expert, but you can lose alot more than a Lb in 3 weeks WITHOUT dnp....so you definitely did something wrong.....So just my experience for what it's worth. From my experience......100mg is a total waste and 200mg is like the absolute minimum.....so you spent 16 days doing a very small dose......
Give it another go, start at 200mg and work your way up to 400mg for majority of the cycle, while putting a little more thought into your diet and you'll see the effects........
Also, I noticed.....I count my calories and when was in enough of a defecit by cutting carbs, I got big drops on the scale.......and when I was eating higher carbs, I didn't see any weight drop.....
Just my opinion
How does one “wake up dead”?They wake up dead the next day.
Kudos, I am not trying to be you mommy, just aid on the side of caution, on paper it’s 2times the amount you were taking before but in reality, once it’s built up, it’s roughly about 7times the amount. I would encourage you to not just jump head first in to the ring on this one. Maybe extend your length and titrate up to 800. @Eman probably has thought on this.Currently running 800/day for 15 days. I really found it difficult to be in the gym around my 3rd wk. Have you ever pushed it past 10days ??
I did run 400/day for the first three days and DNP does have an antidote for OD contrary to popular belief
