A national show is not somewhere to take the family. There is going to be nothing for them to do, It’s going to be way too long, and he’ll be on stage for about 5 minutes combined both days.

If you want the experience, go to a pro show.

I’d youre there for your buddy, just you, and expect to spend $200 for like a total of 2hrs inside the venue and 3m viewing him.

About threw up on this protein I just opened, tasted like fermented bull semen. Turns out it expired in 2016! Wtf?

Went and checked all the containers and I’ve got 6lbs of powder that expired or “best by” between 2016-2018, how I have no clue. That leaves me with 1lb of muscle milk and 10lbs of MP Combat. But now that all the iffy stuff will be gone sooner that means I can stock up on some higher quality stuff.

So I dont know if it’s the mct oil or one of the compounds but my pip in that left delt has traveled down into my bicep. The whole area is red and pretty sore.
I pinned 1 ml of each compound in diff areas but I didn’t think to keep track of what got pinned where. My other delt which was pinned at the same time is good to go.
I think for tomm pins, I’m gonna pin each compound on its own and keep track of what and where. See if I can narrow down exactly what is going on here. Almost all gear that I have ran up till now has been a darker color where TGI is very clear. So poss I’ve been only using gso, and never used mct.
