I looked at the true nutrition bulk protein when I reorder eaa but had no clue what to put other than beef and egg on the mix, don’t remember if they had rice protein or not. But MRE lite was cheaper.

As far as plasma the more hydrated you are the faster it goes. The place I used to go wouldn’t stick anywhere other than the elbow so I’ve got huge amounts of scar tissue there. When I did it 10yrs ago it was 20/40 for your donations, I’ve seen some places advertise 40/60 plus bonuses.

The nice thing about the MRE lite is how many sources it has in it - that way if one is troublesome you're not getting hammered with 20g of it per serving. I haven't done the math, but I would assume if you tried to make the same combination from TN it would cost more for the end consumer since you can't take advantage of bulk pricing that a supplement manufacturer can.

The dutch apple pie tastes pretty great too, it does run out quick though for how expensive it is. The MRE meal replacement product tastes great too and no digestion issues with that one either. Probably the best MRP I've used.

With the buy 2 get 1 from gnc (33% off) MRE comes out to about $13/lb which is cheaper than TN. no idea how often gnc runs that sale but may be worth it to stock up. A brand named carivore or something is the only other place I’ve found that sells animal based products. You’d think more than 3 places would sell it.

I'm surprised it's not more popular as well. I think animal based protein sources will grow in popularity though at least amount more serious subsections of the fitness community, it seems a little untapped compared to the amount of shit products in the supplement market. I'm guessing it's not cheap for companies to make, hence why it's not more common.

Both products drastically changed my offseason and prep. I love em both which is why I rep them hard here. If i yet my procard, they’re a company I’d go after as far as being an athlete for them. I refuse to sell out for a company who’s products I wouldn’t stand behind.

The more water you drink and the lower our hematocrit. When I had high hematocrit, it always took longer.

Carnivore is pretty solid, watch Muscle and Strength or Bodybuilding. com for deals every once in a while. DO NOT get the cherry flavored Carnivore Beef Protein....

Nice, I’m originally from the right coast. Now living opposite though. I miss it back there though, my family, the people, the food. Can’t find a decent pizza here to save my fuckin life. Water is hard out here, it fucks with the dough.

Amen. The pizza is hard to replace. I’m in Philly and NYC. New York water = the best dough for pizza, bagels and bread.

Are you in LA? I have a place for you.

I’ve heard there’s something about the water and the elevation of Philly that makes the bread different from anywhere else.
