Hard to piss.

Not really a problem, although I noticed it can take like 3 seconds for piss to come out but it feels like I pee more, noticed that ever since I terminated trt..was wondering if there was like an overall feeling even when you don’t piss. Worried all the edging I do is jacking up my insides lol, I apparently had mildly inflamed prostate last year when the ct scanned my kidneys, probably gonna have to stop lol

Another question should I go get Macdonalds now or just wait and get wings tomorrow like I’ve been craving for awhile now?

McD's is garbage. If you're gonna eat shit food make it worth it. Like if you're gonna eat a cupcake fuck hostess. Get one of those designer shits that tastes like an island girl's pussy.

Yea I said fuck it, Mac d sounds good but when you actually start eating it’s always meh, except for their coke and weird ass processed fries if they’re fresh. Gonna get the wings I’ve been wanting to get for the last 2 months tomorrow or later today I guess, or maybe five guys or Red Robin, or maybe both lol

Smart move in my opinion. If i am gonna eat shit i try to make it worth it. Granted my diet has slipped a lot in the last year but i strive for 80% lifter food so the 20% just makes me a little sloppy. Being back in the gym has obviously helped me tremendously.

If i could fix this SHBG androgen resistence bullshit...or whatever the fuck i suffer from i would be a very happy dude.

I haven’t had the best diet recently but I don’t stuff myself with too much junk, but I wanted to kinda get back to minimal processed food, like instead of top ramen make my own pho/ramen like I used to with bone stock and actual fresh noodles so wanted to have a “cheat meal” first..haven’t gotten fatter with my diet but have lost fat slowly the last year or so.

What do you mean androgen resistance, like androgen insensitivity syndrome or very high or low shbg..?

I eat "decent" these days. No liquid calories unless it's a shake. No booze binges but i will swig some whiskey/beer. Definitely no dessert type anything to speak of. Still love my meat and sweet potatoes with broc as a staple meal. I could go hard core food nazi again but i would just lose weight. I like being 200+. So i maintain.

Hmm androgen insensitivity syndrome has various severities, like complete insensitivity an xy male would basically develop like female, with a vag and balls on the inside but no uterus, cervix etc. in fact everyone would think you’re a regular girl until puberty time comes and no period. Obviously this is the severe form, there are milder forms where you develop normally. You should be able to check if you have it with a genetic blood test of some sort

What’s your recent cycle history? Off/cruise time? Dosages?
 
So got all my pins ready for tomm.
All in 1 inch 25 ga pins
1 ml of mast P for left ventroglute
1 ml of tpp/npp for right ventroglute
1 ml of test P for right quad.

We see what is what now.
Maybe it ain’t the mct, and it’s just one of the compounds like test P.
If I narrow it down to a compound then I cut that compound with gso and see if that helps.
Then after that I pin delts again with this formula.
1 1/2 ml plus 1/2 ml of gso right delt
1 1/2 ml plus 1/2 ml of gso left delt.
See what that does.

I recently discovered the VG also, I often used to miss and end up with large knots and lumps. I went into my physical therapist with a golf ball size lump and he was like "are you injecting anything, this seems odd" i was like " Hmm im not sure what you mean" lmao. A good VG shot is the best hands down.

Hell ya man, I would rather have a good home cooked burger than something from Mcds. as someone else stated it always seems like a good idea until you're incredibly disappointed afterwards.
