Not at the moment. I thought about it later that day. I noticed in the gym when I was stretched out my range of motion was better. Duh, I love hitting my delts, but honestly, this is embarrassing. Who has ever heard of a guy that has to stretch out, in order to do a shot. I guess whatever it takes if I was willing to use the wall as a crutch, theN I can stretch. Its actually not a bad thing to get In The habit of. Stretching first thing in the morning.

LOL - depends on how big you are. I lose flexibility and range in the shoulders too. I'm sure you and I aren't the only two who under stretch on a regular basis.

I hinted at this earlier. A lot of pip is most likely due to injection technique. Personally, i don't pause until the end. I keep slow, steady pressure on the plunger, pushing about 1cc every 20-30seconds. I pause when barrel is empty for about 10 seconds i guess. then remove the pin.

I am also willing to bet a lot of guys bounce the needle all over the place during the jab.
Well I do go slow but not that slow, and I do leave it in for about 10 seconds after I’ve pushed it all in but probably still to fast if pinning mct takes more time to inject than gso.

Thanks for chiming in, I felt embarrassed saying this because, the first thing that came to mind was you when I made the comment. I kept telling myself that I bet Mac can hit himself without a spotter. Just curious how tall are you??

Try this.

Kneel down, set your arm, bent, on your countertop so that your medial delt faces the ceiling. Then pin that way with the other hand. So much easier.

So haven't been here in forever but am still on cycle with TGI gear and it has been incredible! I just began the last 4 weeks of the end of cycle where I will be staggering winstrol and Anadrol every 3 days. First 3 days of winstrol really tightened me up fast!

Lol I don’t have recipes, but if you want to DM me I can discuss a bit more in detail than I do on public posts.

When you get bored email me the macros and possible food sources for some of your common meals and I’ll come up with recipes you can toss out to clients.

I should be able to make an easy portion scale to size the meal up and down to meet different bulk or cut needs. Add or subtract pasta to meet carb demand or more sauce to meet fats, I should be able to come up with two or three variations of the dish to meet different macro requirements.

Appreciate the offer but you guys are already getting a ton from me as far as time and communication. Feel free to post your favorites in the Macbuilt thread for other clients if you’d like. I’m sure it’d be appreciated. No diet is the same but they all use the same general concepts; lean vs fatty meats, some breads/cereals/muffins, nut butters, etc. Nobody is restricted to “chicken and brocccoli” and food choices and preparation are left up to you guys.

Side note; these things are keeping me going right now...

Amazing thank bud, i will try that first thing tomorrow morning. I have managed some very creative methods when I used to hit lats and traps. I don’t use those sites anymore. By the way, it Has nothing to do with not being able to reach them or it being awkward. It’s just preference. I feel there are plenty of other muscles to use. One thing is for sure though two spot I just mentioned, if you happen tone a little off the self inflicted PIP is probably the worst I have ever experienced minus my calves.


Bro you are 5’6” you are just a tad over Greg doucette I think he is 5’4”. For some reason I though you were like 5’10 -6ft. So you know exactly what I am talking about. We were not blessed with knuckle dragging tree swingin limbs. Not that there is anything wrong with those traits gentlemen, I mean if you are into having dirty knuckles
