I have an Onrom wrist meter for BP. Decently accurate too, maybe a little higher than doctor's office. Arm readings on the auto units never work for me. I have decent arms I guess. I need the big ass cuff at the doctor. Wrist won't have as much variation.

Mine at the highest was 168/120 I believe. I started to take beef root and celery and it dropped it down to 130/ don’t remember
