Not many pics, phone died. Smoked some kielbasa with cabbage and onion, made some cheeseburgers, mac and cheese shells and potato salad.

Ramen noodles go with anything , and are great to bulk or carb-up with , as are egg noodles. Since "white carbs" are basically the same kinetically it doesnt matter much if you switch between rice or noodles or potatoes as a hi-carb source .
Potatoes tend to be less nutrient dense. 100g worth of carbs of potatoes is a FUCK ton. VS 2 cups of rice.
I dont eat potatoes much anymore , mostly rice & noodles for carbs .
