Not stupid at all. Both kinda. I cooked them at about 220 for a few hours with some hickory wood chunks but I like the skin dry so after a while I opened it up and cooked them at 350 for a while to get them how I like them. It seems like I have to get them hot to dry out the skin

Lol do I? For sure. Déjà vu, the Gold Club, Mons, Pink pony, lipstixx you name it LOL. There was one on Kennedy just east of dale Mabry they used to let us in there when we were 16. I can’t remember the name but they had a shower show every night. It was a real hole in the wall but at 16 you didn’t give a fuck LOL.
