Titanium Gear Industries (domestic source)

I’m just gonna shoot for 3600-4000 calories.
I’m gonna up my protein to 250-300 grams. I’m gonna get more egg whites involved, potatoes, white rice, bone broth, ground beef, ground chicken.
2 shakes a day made with 30 grams of protein powder, almond milk and a few scoops of peanut butter.

I didn’t run your numbers based on your stats; but thats a start. Put your fats in where you think they should be and then fill it in with carbs. See what it looks like and adjust as needed. It’s not just hitting your total calorie count. The composition of your macros is important.


This is key man. I work 4 on 3 off so I usually meal prep for 4 days. This is just for maintenance. Steak I get is usually Denver steaks. They're cheap and not bad at all. I usually eat a half pound with Mahatma yellow rice (2cups is almost 500 Cal's). That's pre lunch. Lunch I'll do half pound of chicken breast with rice or Mac n cheese or baked beans too. Breakfast is a big ass muffin that's local store brand and they're awesome (banana nut or something similar) and shakes can have a lot more than just oats. I put oats, peanut butter, protein, olive oil, fruit... Can get over a thousand Cal's easy with a shake. By time I get off work I'm usually around 3k calories in. If it were me I’d call this cycle complete at 10 weeks. Take a break and do a new one in September or October. You might be in a way better place financially at that time too.
 
I have no interest being a mass monster, I’m built like a middle aged linebacker. Not huge but big enough to keep the riff raff from challenging me.
This is so true. Exactly how I think. Big enough where someone will think twice and just say “man fuck that hes a big mofo” At least you box and probably have some decent cardio. I’m way to out of shape to fight for longer than maybe a minute or so lol.

There’s this old timer at my gym I see hitting the heavy bag and speed bag. I was talking to him one day and asked if he use to box. He says yeah I trained with Muhammad Ali . I thought yeah right nice story old man. Next time I seen him he showed me pics of him working out with Ali. I was like damn that’s cool af. He said if you didn’t fight him or train with him you truly didn’t realize how good he was. Dude is 77 and still moving the heavy bag when he hits it. Seen him working with a young kid the other day guy still has skills. Anyway thought it was a cool story to share.

Oh I agree. I used to meal prep like a mofo last year. But I had a ganja garden in the basement that brought in 750+ a month and i was single and kept everything simple. But all that is put up and gone now due to my new relationship and her little boy.
I’m so legit I want to quit lol
But I was eating salmon every day with rice. Steak and eggs and avocado for supper almost every night. Strawberries, blueberries, bananas, pineapple every day.
No sweets, no sugar. Only drank water. I was spending 500-600 on just me and didn’t eat out all year!
I was living and breathing this shit.

Steel cut oats I can handle. With s scoop of protein powder. I’m gonna see if Mac has some suggestions on cheap ways to get some more protein in.
But I’m gonna also start getting my white rice in again too

I hope Mac can tweak my diet in to get my calories up so I can make these gains.
I think another 50 grams of cheap sourced protein and 75 grams of white rice and white potatoes would prob make huge difference in reaching my goal of 170 pounds.

My diet consists of
First meal
Steel cut oats scoop protein powder and 8 ounces of Vitamin D milk.

Snack
Iced coffee (16 G protein)

Second meal
2 banana’ s cup of strawberries

Third meal
Fast food
(I’m usually with GF and she is on lunch)
She isn’t about all this dieting.
I might as well be talking trigonometry
I usually got for Arby’s half pound roast beef and curly fries. I dont drink the soda. Usually have water.

Forth meal
3/4 pound of pulled chicken on large crushed wheat bun

Fifth meal
4 eggs scrambled in coconut oil, with big can of Tuna. 2 spoons of olive oil mayo, and 2 spoons of pickle relish.

Snack on off training days
3-6 chocolate chip cookies
Snack on training days.
4-5 spoon fulls of peanut butter with no bread.

Now I’m purely trying to get to 170 pounds. I’m not preparing for a contest so I’m not concerned with some fat gain.
I’m not trying to become the Mitchlen man but if I gain a percentage or 2 I can handle that.
As I said I’m pretty strapped for cash.
Just lost my job and am on unemployment with 5 grand worth of real estate taxes due.

I have never been 170.
It would be a new milestone!
The most I’ve ever made it was 168 on my first blast of 12 weeks test e 600 mg a week. However my bf was about 18% when I started that blast and about 16% when I finished. Now I’m about 10% at 153.2 which I just now weighed myself this morning.

Help another short brother out.

I agree with @BigBaldBeardGuy. No offense my friend but damn that’s a shit load of orals and oil do still be sub 170. I bet with the right coach you could make more Gaines with half the amount of gear. This is not an insult either bud just my opinion. Maybe talk to @Mac11wildcat @MacBuilt about a diet plan. The money you’d save on gear would more than enough pay for his services. JMO.

Already own the gear. Bought it before I knew I had pressure issues. Now I’m gonna run it to the max then pct and be done. If I don’t recover good enough then I move on to the trt clinic and let them prescribe and monitor my vitals.

Last forever with the exception of possible trt. Blood pressure concerns are starting to weigh on me and my girlfriend as well as my kids.
They just don’t know it the gear that’s doing it. But I do.

If you know it’s the gear and a concern, why not run less or just sell it all off man? It’s titters gear it’ll re-sell fast as fuck

Are those any type of meal prep containers? I purchased some compartmentalizes food prep containers but they sucked ass and kept breaking.
 
I’ll look into them. Ones I had broke down the middle when you would hold them lol
Actually the fitpacker ones are only one big compartment. I'd have to double check. I might have got those one at the grocery store or something. But there a ton on Amazon. Just double check reviews.
