Is the higher fat even good for you? I was told to do 93/7 on the ground beef and turkey.
When you’re eating on a budget 70/30 ground beef is better than anything in powdered form. Animal fat isn’t bad at all. It’s the bullshit Trans-fats that agrobizness introduced (cause it’s cheap and has a long shelf life) and tried to use it to save us. 15-20 years after and it’s the trans-fat that is completely unhealthy and useless to us. When I was a kid McDs still cooked their fries in lard. Fucking tasted so good. No one was fat. Now it’s veg oil and look at the fat asses waddling into that place.
