It really just sounds like you are not getting enough calories in. You need to find calorie dense food that’s easy to eat/digest , and keep moving it. Eat, shit, fuck. Rinse and repeat
This is what I did for awhile. I had what I called “base foods”. Base foods where foundation meals. So a base food would be rice, taters, beans.....
Then I just added what I needed. So if I was having beans and I still needed fats and protein, might add avacado.
I used the base to meet the majority of the goals, and everything else to spice it up/meet other macro nutrition
