It changed a while a ago. A few years back the brains started to trickle out and it became like a locker room full of retards. Back slapping, gay jokes, food pictures and sucking up to sources... then one of the kings of the locker room gets caught trying to threat rape some chick- and by that time anyone I had any respect for was sick of arguing with day laborers and was off doing, you know, life. You want to know why this place sucks so bad lately? Read the last thousand posts in this thread. Nothing clever, nothing knowledgeable- just sounds like a break room in a fucking oil change shop. Fucking with Ben and thinking millard is in his corner? Please. Ben knows guys that hunted down real crooks for him on these interwebs who thought they were safe behind vpns and turned them upside down and shook everyone's money out and gave it back to them. Served a 60 month sentence followed by 60 months supervised release/probation. Served 10 months for a Class C violation. No new charges. Violated the terms of supervised release.
I was released from custody in 2012 and began probation. The 10 month violation discharged my number/killed my paper.
I've educated many in the Community on how the federal system works and what to look for and what paperwork is needed to be able to declare a guys paper to be good.
The gov't website hold every federal case but there aren't anyv details. If a former federal inmate directs you to pacer.gov to clear his name he is either ignorant or hiding the truth.
PSR(presentencing investigation) is what you want to see. PSR's are considered contraband by the BOP. Inmates aren't allowed to possess or carry from institution to institution.
An inmates entire crlminal history from any juvenile arrests/convictions through any state issues from arrest to conviction, sentencing , incarceration, probation etc.
Feds work with Sentencing Guidelines. The offense level is determined by the fed prosecutor. The other half of the equation is a defendants Criminal Category which is figured out and is part of the PSR. Each misdemeanor and felony is assigned a number determine and effected by incarceration or probation as the outcome. More points if the crimes were committed while on probation or incarcerated. If the crime was committed more than 15 yrs ago it doesn't count.
There are departures from the guidelines, either upward or downward departures.
If the defendant is determined to be the leader of the conspiracy in a conspiracy or RICO case he'll be given 1 level/upward departure enhancement
Conversely, if a defendant has been determined to have been of sunstantial assistance to the prosecution he will receive a downward departure from the guidelines.
The conclusion of the PSR will determine what the guidelines for the defendant will be.
The defense and prosecution will agree on the final outcome as to where on the chart each defendant ends up. The judge will rule if there is a disagreement about the criminal category or offense level. Those 2 things will be in black and white along with what the sentencing guidelines are for each case.
If there is a deviation from the guidelines...if the actual sentence/number of months a defendant is to serve is outside or lower than what thecguidelines call for the guy being checked out has issues.

I went down this road tonight after one you posted how i was to blame for any negative attention that may come to visit and also after reading the comments about how i belong in prison and how the apparent spokesman or legal analyst for tgi figured me a snitch.
I feel i'm entitled to respond to accusations from guys that command the size audience that you do.
You all could use the search feature to check out my thoughts on safety for online sources. But again...so cocky surely means you've got things covered.
My next installment will have to do with what i wanted to cover today but adjusted to go with statements by the folks that bring us tgi.
I will cover sourcing here at meso and how sources are received today in relation to the early years of the Underground. I will look at whats changed as far as rules and conditions to open and to begin taking in cash and if things are any different and if they are relatively unchanged (meso's mission statement and rules have not changed) why the call to change and soften or make it easier on sources while not getting any improvenents from the source side.
If conditions to set up and sell are the same then the conditions for dishonest business practices to gain control of the cash that is up for grabs here at meso 7 days a week 365 days a year. Thanks for reading and i look forward to seeing you all again next time!

@iceman440 I'm 6'1, 205 pounds, about 8-9% bodyfat. My goals for this cycle are to get up to 215-220 while maintaining my leaness, hence why I chose Tren as my bulking steroid of choice.

As I get older, I just want to cycle safely and smart. No need to do massive dosages for me, if you can't grow off 400mg of tren you have bigger problems.

@Urgentfury12 I do the same but after forcing down rice and chicken for so long, it's hard not to gag. Might have to up my cooking game

Believe me man if I never saw another chicken breast ever again I’d be ok with that. I alternate between baking and grilling a lot, I also use many different spices. Usually the pre mixed spices and lots of butter. I’ll cook up 4 breasts and put a different spice combo on each one.

Well it seems like old times again. The idea that the old guard is dead and gone is as funny to me as a stern punch in the face. Which is what it seems like when newer members insinuate our time is meaningless or over. Silly. What is done and has been done is never over. The ground work laid lasts forever. And as i sit here in the shit hole morning hours reading your posts over coffee brings great delight to me, even a smile. Because theres nothing like being insulted and hazed by the joker in cleverly and skillfully worded posts that reminds me of days of old. This place isnt quite the same w/o you you fuckin bastard :)
