Today’s arms and delts session:
(Included 80mg TNE and 50mg dbol PWO)
Curl machine superset w/ DB hammer curls:
3x20 @ 80 (curl machine) + 3x20 w/ 35lb DB
(Alternating back and fourth from machine to DBs, with no rest)
Shoulder press machine:
4x15 @ 240
(Drop set)
1x15 @ 200
1x12 @ 160
1x10 @ 120
(Pump is retarded at this point.)
EZ curl bar:
3x15 @ 70
2x15 @ 50
Smith machine - bent over row/shrugs (superset):
3x20 @ 135 rows & 3x30 @ 135 shrugs, alternating from rows to shrugs, no rest.
Both were great intense workouts. Pounded the muscles that were being targeted, and got out of there. It doesn’t take hours in the gym, and it doesn’t take anything fancy. Just make it hurt.
IN OTHER NEWSSS. I’ve been thinking about adding HGH to this run, and beyond it, at around 4-6iu per day. And possibly YK-11 which is a myostatin inhibitor “SARM”. Not really sure how I feel about SARMs, or if the YK-11 would be worth adding, but some say it is. Might do it, or maybe I’ll just invest that money in more gear/GH. Probably the GH. Lol.
