Test, DHB, nandrolone, dbol cycle.

I’m just not sure the benefit of splitting doses up 3 times throughout the day is significant enough to justify the additional effort. IME once a day does just fine. I know the half life of methandienone is really short, but it still provides great gains at 1 dose per day preworkout.

Is there any info out there showing a significant difference in results from keeping stable levels with an oral?
If you feel that once a day dosing is adequate,, then by all means stick with it. But as for info on dosing goes,, a lot of bodybuilders are of opinion that split dosing is better. You even feel better throughout the day. I just go on the info on split dosing that is provided on this forum.

Good looking cycle, winny depot?
I may change some things around mid cycle specifically for that winny depot.. maybe around week 8, lower the deca dose to 200-300mg a week, add some masteron and trenbolone, plus anavar, oral winny, and winny depot. Sounds like that would be a lot of fun :)

I'm getting rid of the winny because between running it with tren and trest it's been hell on my kidneys. Physical pain, theres reports of the tren winny combo. Keep that in mind.

Hmm that’s comcerning good to know tho. If I do run tren it will be at conservative doses tho. I don’t tolerate it like I used to, considering I’ve ran ace at 900+ mg in the past. I wouldn’t go past 300mg of tren A now. Kills my appetite and makes me a jealous paranoid asshole in relationships. Lol

End of workout.
So prior to hitting the gym I always eat two packets of banana nut protein oatmeal, with almonds and Fairlife milk. I take my orals (25mg dbol today) with this meal, then I wait 30 minutes to let it digest some, take my preworkout, and drive to the gym. This method seems to work really well for me, as a way to “carb up” prior to my workout, for energy, strength, and a great pump. Any pointers or comments, from some of the few people who might actually be reading this..?

I Am reading my man. I like a active log with pics no homo.

Id add weight to every excercise, I mean, 3x30 bent over seems to be rather pointless.

Have you tried lower volume training?

Did you find that increasing the tren up to 900+ had more benefit then lets say a dosage of 500mg or 600mg a week?

I respond extremely well to high volume training man. Sets of 30 reps put a shit load of blood in the muscle. Also I have to train with what I have available. I workout at planet fitness currently (I know) and what they have in terms of free weights is limited. Low weight and high reps isn’t always ideal, but I definitely wouldn’t say it’s pointless. That shit burns more than any high weight low rep set, and it certainly promotes growth.
fascia stretch training, and time under tension are the core of my current training philosophy. I’ve tried many variations of training, different programs, powerlifting oriented, etc. But over time I’ve learned I respond best to short and intense workouts. Get in the gym, pump the muscle full of as much blood as humanly possible, with little to no rest between sets, then get out of there. 35-45 minutes or so.

I’ll start getting more pics up as things progress though. When I do I just really want them to show serious visible difference, compared to my “before” lol.

You do you man, if it works for you than keep doing it. I Am biased since low volume works better for me.

Following!

Good morning gentleman. Haven’t really done much updating of the log lately, mainly because I’ve been busy, and there hasn’t been much activity in here anyway. But I have some “progress pics” to post up. Dreamer bulk in full effect.

Maybe I went a little overboard with the scribbles.. oh well lol. Not very lean at the moment, but lean isn’t the current goal. I lean out extremely easily and fast, so that’ll take no time when I’m ready. I’m just trying to put on size and weight, quickly and efficiently, which is proving extremely successful, with this current protocol. Test, deca, DHB, and dbol has been an amazing bulker stack for me. I believe I’m going to periodically increase dosages. Maybe increase every 2-4 weeks, varying compounds. I’m of the school of thought, that keeping your doses consistent throughout a lengthy cycle, allows your body to become tolerant to it, and stop responding well. So by increasing dose every few weeks, you continue to respond well to the drugs, and continue to reap the benefit.

Been sorta busy with life, but I’ve still been doing everything consistently, with diet, training, and my cycle. Just haven’t been in the log much lately. Here’s a recent progress pic. I’m putting on weight fairly easily, and quickly, but without tren in the cycle I’m not staying extremely lean like I normally would. I’m honestly enjoying a break from tren though. It’s basically been included in every cycle I’ve done since I first tried it. Excluding it has been great for my appetite, weight gain, acid reflux, and emotional state. My abs aren’t shredded right now, but I can live with that. Today makes 21 days on this blast, and so far I’ve been very happy with the results. If things continue at this rate, I’ll look like a whole new gorilla by week 16 :D

This week I’ve smacked:
900mg Test E
100mg test C
450mg deca
400mg DHB
Haven’t been dosing the dbol consistently. Some days I take 50mg preworkout, some days 25mg, and sometimes I skip my dbol dose. In the past I overdid it with orals, big time, and I really just wanna make sure I’m taking care of my liver. Also taking 600mg NAC daily.

Yesterday was legs. Today was arms and delts.

Leg day looked like:
(Included 100mg TNE and 25mg dbol)

Squats
1x30 @ 95
2x20 @ 135
1x15 @ 225
2x8 @ 315
1x15 @ 185

Quad extensions:
4x25 @ 140

Ham curls:
4x25 @ 160

Single leg press:
3x15 w/ 2 plates (each leg)

Today’s arms and delts session:
(Included 80mg TNE and 50mg dbol PWO)

Curl machine superset w/ DB hammer curls:
3x20 @ 80 (curl machine) + 3x20 w/ 35lb DB
(Alternating back and fourth from machine to DBs, with no rest)

Shoulder press machine:

4x15 @ 240
(Drop set)
1x15 @ 200
1x12 @ 160
1x10 @ 120

(Pump is retarded at this point.)

EZ curl bar:
3x15 @ 70
2x15 @ 50

Smith machine - bent over row/shrugs (superset):

3x20 @ 135 rows & 3x30 @ 135 shrugs, alternating from rows to shrugs, no rest.

Both were great intense workouts. Pounded the muscles that were being targeted, and got out of there. It doesn’t take hours in the gym, and it doesn’t take anything fancy. Just make it hurt.

IN OTHER NEWSSS. I’ve been thinking about adding HGH to this run, and beyond it, at around 4-6iu per day. And possibly YK-11 which is a myostatin inhibitor “SARM”. Not really sure how I feel about SARMs, or if the YK-11 would be worth adding, but some say it is. Might do it, or maybe I’ll just invest that money in more gear/GH. Probably the GH. Lol.
