It’s funny, when I first got dnp to run, I was on keto, and was loving life, I was told by some fucking idiot That I could really do some damage to myself if I ran dnp on keto, cause my body needed glycogen IN Order for the dnp to work it’s magic. Suffice it to say, despite all the of the info and time spent researching dnp, I listened to that prick and pulled myself out of keto the second day of my dnp run. So obviously my body had to get used to burning carbs again and my 1st run was not nearly as magical as I had hoped. But the upside, is I sat back and analyzed everything that took place and I kept a journal which really helped. So all in all I learned a lot and still lost a good amount of fat but the experience and knowledge I pulled away from it was the best part.
