Second try on a test e only cycle

A few years back I went ahead and started my first cycle 4weeks in I got arrested and had to do a few years got out this year and started a cutt about 9weeks in been doing prtty good my question is would it be pointless to start a test e only cycle at 500wkly for 15weeks while I’m still cutting pics are about a week old

To start let's hear what your diet and training look like. AAS isnt a magic pill and if your training and diet aren't spot on the gear will be wasted.
 
Been slowly cutting my calories meals are
Meal 1 1/2cup oats 8eggwhites and 2eggs
Meal 2 6oz chicken 1cupnrice
Meal 3 6oz chicken 1cupnrice
Meal 4 shake bagel pb n jelly (pre)
Meal 5 40g shake 1/2 cup rice (post)
Meal 6 6oz chicken half avacdo
Weight 190lbs
Fasted cardio am 45min
Post workout cardio 30min
 
Splits change every 2months

My opinion which you may not want to hear is no dont start a cycle....yet. As another member pointed out to me, work on getting your BF down before cycling. Get you BF down, make sure you got your diet and training dialed in, you have your AI and PCT on hand then look at running a test only cycle.

I know it may not be what your hoping for but if you hold off until you get your BF to a good spot you will be much happier with the results of a test cycle.
 
No it’s definitely what I wanted to hear man Thnks I’ve had everything test a1 pct just been saving it for the right time my original plan is to get lean shredded as possible and then start just wanted to get an honest opinion n see what would be best I figured it would probably be pointless since I’m only gonna be drop my calories even more to lean out so it makes sense to wait Thnks man!
 
Another question I’ve heard mixed opinions so say I lean out get shredded as possible then ready to start is can I just go up on calories the same or dose it change dramatically when using aas guess my question is can I just eat as a regular bulk or should I eat more considering I using roids

What want to do is find an online calculator and find your TDEE. This is a rough guess of how many calories you need to maintain your current weight. If you want to cut, eat under that number but no too much under. Same goes for gaining eat over that number but not too much. Usually most say 250 to 500 cals on either side.

The thing to keep in mind is that as you loose weight that number will drop so you need to monitor and reduce cals when needed. Same on a bulk as you gain you need more so you monitor and add cals as needed.

WHERE IS THE RED MEAT
You need it in your diet. Ground Bison is best followed by sirloin . If you lack energy swwitch to ribeye for more fat content.
 
That doesnt look like enough food. Definitely plug your height, weight, sex, and activity level into one of those tdee calculators. I promise that you'll lean out if you follow it. Enjoy working out and eating theres no need to suffer just to look better. You'll get there if you're consistent.
