The past 3 months I have been waking up 2x a night and 50 grams of protein and 50 grams of carbs. I am stopping this habit and making sure I eat only while awake and not munching when I get up. Is there a any adverse effects, In waking up in the middle of the night to eat.
Does anyone else do this? Does it help you bulk better?
Either way I stopped doing this for this cycle. Since I am not bulking.
