Path to a 500 wilks

Another great powerlifter here niceeee.
How many calories are eating bran? And what are the compounds (gear) you are using right now with this block?

Currently I'm at roughly 400 grams of carbs, 60 grams of fat, and 300 grams of protein.

As far as gear I'm taking 150mg test e a week, and 2iu hgh in the morning. I most likely will probably run a cycle soon. Right now I'm basically just getting back to where I already was. So I'm just kind of letting muscle memory make my gains for me ATM.

Weight today was 186.0

Workout was,

1x3 wrapped squats @ 470lbs
3x3 squats @ 415lbs
4x8 paused bench @ 250lbs
4x8 close grip bench
4x15 tricep pushdowns
4x15 weighted crunches

Squats moved decent, bench wasn't quite as light as it should've been. But could've just been an off day

Weight today was 184.0

Workout was,

1x3 Deadlifts @ 535lbs
3x5 deadlifts @ 455lbs
4x6 paused bench @ 235lbs
4x8 weighted pullups
4x8 bent over rows
4x15 reverse flies
4x8 hammer curls
4x15 db curls

Weight kind of threw me off this morning because I didn't feel too drained. Deadlifts fucking flew though. Easily probably could've done 585x3 today.

I am jealous brandaddy :( however, I need to accept the truth thst you are a strong fucker haha. I have some questions for you:
1- how do you program your blocks?
2-what are you going to blast?
3- what is the benefit of the reverse band squat?
4- what is the benefit of the 2ui of hgh?
5-when will you compete?

I know i ask many questions because I am a pain in the ass (trouduq) lol

Thanks. I don't mind questions.

1. As simply as I can put it. I program them to involve as much frequency/volume/intensity on the big three that my body can handle without getting injured. Kind of something you have to learn overtime by running different programs and seeing how you respond to them. Right now I'm doing more of a linear periodization where I started light, and next week my top set triples will actually be so heavy now that it would've been impossible to pull it off a couple weeks ago when I started, but now it should only be an rpe 8-8.5

2. 300 test, 300 deca, 600 eq. 4-6 weeks out from comp I'll throw in some anavar at 50mg

3. I've literally just started reverse band squats. Theoretically I'm using it as kind of a cross between using accommodating resistance to handle heavier weights without fatiguing myself, and also doing speed work to focus on form and explosiveness. Once again, just kind of getting volume in without fatiguing myself.

4. 2iu gh is more for physique benefits and hopefully injury prevention. Mainly physique though. I have noticed those little cheat meals haven't been effecting me like they used to. Hence my weight being so low right now.

5. I'm hoping to be knocking on the door of 1,700lbs by April, which is when my next comp is picked out. I may do one more for fun in December though because it's a qualifying meet for a bigger event in March that I wanted to go to last year but the qualifying total was 1,550, and I put up like 1,540....... Lol. That meet was quite the disappointment. Got smoked by a guy at 198 who put up an almost 800lbs squat. He went to a world class event a few months after that comp and almost broke the ATWR for squat at 198.

How tall arenyou then bigdaddy? How many calories you eatin? :D 183 lbs for 1700 thats freaking good you are near Russel Orhii in your total.
I have seen your squat videos many times, you aint using the oly shoes when you squat?

Yeah, but Russel competes in sleeves. So add another 70lbs to his total to compare him to me and he would be closer to 1900lbs for a total. Lol. He's a freak. But yeah, 1,700 at 181 would still make me feel pretty good. Ha.

I actually just switched to Olympic shoes now. I like them quite a bit for my squat style.

Edit: I'm kind of short. Lol. I'm only 5'9. So not a midget, but short enough that I wish I was a few inches taller. Ha. And right now I'm at roughly 3,500 calories a day. I stopped ordering my meals from my meal prep company so my diet has been pretty iffy lately. But I shoot for 300 grams of protein, 400 grams of carbs, and then try not to eat too many fats in the process
