How do you cook?

I work with a bunch of die hard foodies. How do you cook your meals souis vide, smoker, chimney for searing, oven cast iron pan. What's your jam. I'm going to ask a guy at work if I can post some of his meal picks for the what do you eat thread some of the stuff is amazing. Anyways what do you use.

Instapot 99% of the time.

BBQ, Smoker, Frying pan, oven.
Anything really prefer BBQ then smoker, cook inside only if I have to

We have a trager rarely use the oven sous vide my veggies I don't like steaks sous vide pork is good but the whole set in forget is pretty awesome with a hectic family life

Everything ! The guys in the food thread use ovens , grills , smokers , steamers , pressure cookers , pots , pans and skillets . Woks too . It takes everything to eat everything . Did that answer your question ? ~Ogh

I use fry pans, steamers, oven, BBQ ...
Since I am actively looking OGH foodie thread , I am being more creative

Everything is usually stovetop in bulk for prep. One off meals it really just depends on what I’m cooking. I love air fryers and my smoker. Steaks are usually pan seared and finished in the oven.

I spent a couple years in the Alaska bush working with only a skillet and a boiling pot so I know what its like to use minimum cookware...

Last night we used a pressure cooker on some tough beef , tamed it right down . The night before we used our air cooker on some wings . So modern tools are nice too .
