Race to 500lb Deadlift

Yes video proof, starting point? The weight must be still on the ground. Or did you mean something else?

I mean is there a max that we have pulled so far to qualify for this? I’m not close to 500 but in the low 4’s
 
Okay decided to get in on this too. Just left the gym only did some dead’s and reverse hypers today.

Have videos but need to edit my face out.

Did the following
135x6 fast
225x4 fast
315x3
405x1
455x1

Then after that I dropped to 315 and did 3 sets of 3.
I set up pulled then reset and pulled again for 3 times total working on my form.

Only had wrist wraps and belt
This was my first time going past 315 in a year or so.

I need to work on my form for sure looking at the videos I start at 45 degree but soon as a start the pull I push up with my legs which in turn pushes my butt up and then it’s like I’m doing a straight leg dead lift. So I need to work on my form these next few weeks.

And I thought I could bench more than deadlift it’s amazing what competition does to the mindset!
