What's your take on this stuff? My first guess was it must be a liquid Yohimbe bark spray? It's so expensive and the reviews are shit so I had to ask! Basically I was told to take letro/nolvadex/cardarine/n2guard ed and yohimflame 8 sprays ed
This is for natural/Adderall tits lol
I do 75 lb pec fly's to fail
So about 2 sets of 5
Then decline weight from 75 to 60 at 2 sets of 5
Then lower to 40 lbs at about 2 sets of 10-15 then later I do cable fly's of ascending sets from 140 (2x10) to 200 (2x5)
Diets not horrible
Tons of fish and eggs and meat, only skim milk, no cheese, some dark chocolate
Drink ONLY one night per week maybe 4 jack and cokes I do not drink beer
I have an occasional tequila
Lol well I know I took this a little further than yohimflame but if there was a chance it depended on factors I made sure to save ya some time lol

Thanks man, I always heard DNP is so dangerous it's like boiling your insides, and I would only touch clen if I was competing, that's usually the general consensus as far as I know, thing is I'm really not trying to lose weight so it's almost counter productive for me, I just wonder if the letro is worth popping every day for the hell of it

here is why it’s not worth ur money. U can either bulk or u can cut. If ur taking fat burning supplements on a bulk ur just making ur bulk harder and raising ur TDEE

Like anything, if used responsibly and with sense they're not horrible.

But I've never been a proponent of fat burners to begin with. Just also hate watching people throw their money away on bullshit supps and gimmicks.

Yeah I know yohimbine has a ton of good reviews so I'm like aghhh hmmmm ok but I remember Jeff cavalier saying you can't spot train isolated areas of fat either, but like you said it's all in the marketing gimmick

Yeah...spot reduction is absolute bullshit. The body doesn't break down fat that way, its systemic. The majority of the adipose fat around your core is generally the stuff that resists being broken down to boot.

Obviously ratios differ person to person, but your body will hold energy reserves near the vitals the longest.

What about tren e and Proviron? I'm bulking now but eventually I will wanna get the delts pecs and lats rocking in a bulk/shred stack I was advised to use proviron

Sure teens a good recomp compound I prefer to have one goal at a time though

Tren is great for recomp if you run the last 4-6 of a cycle. Just don't drop calories like they're going out of style.

@Mac11wildcat would probably be more help you there if you hit him up for some advice.
 
Tren is a great compound all around if it agrees with you. Prov is nice too. But these two aren’t exclusively “dieting” drugs. Tren when used in a caloric surplus will absolutely pack on lean mass. When used in a deficit the partitioning aspect and the hardness/dryness of the compound is great. But i don’t think anyone needs tren to either bulk or cut. Food is still king. Caloric deficit rules fat loss.

Clen is more dangerous than dnp. It can fuck up your heart. Dnp start low and see how you react. It's not for everybody.

yeah I never did it simply because I'm not near -10% bf or competing which many know is what clen is best used for pre comp it's pointless for me I'm near 20% bf but I'm just guessing could be less, no visual vascularity or striations lol I am jacked though just not vascular

Yes I've learned taking too much clen makes the heart race out of control to the point of passing out...once took 140mcg and it was bad as it took 3 hours to get my heart settled down.

I like mester because it's known as a "wingman" to help boost other gear, and get that dry look, plus I suffer from medium natural Adderall gyno
