I looked up the summary on youtube. Meh, most of it is psychobabble bs. I'm older but a lot of those things haven't been my experience. I moved in with women without marriage and got more sex not less like they say. Nobody ever used sex as a bargaining chip with me either. If they actually WANT you they dont play those games,hint,hint. It also stated that if you dont get sex in 5 dates it wont happen, seriously? Maybe with tinder sluts if that's what you want I guess. It took a month for me to have sex with my wife when we met. She told me she wanted to the first day but didnt want to seem like a slut. You cant read their minds! Think of all the different/odd personalities on this forum. Women are way more complex than us, believe me. This idiot author cant paint them all with the same brush. One good thing stated though was dont apologize for every little thing and dont change for someone. It's funny because this book is a big change for some people so you're doing what the author tells you not to. Odd advice.. I will admit though,I think younger women are more shallow and self absorbed.

I got to agree on almost everything he is saying. Too many guys, me included, always felt inferior to the women, I didn’t appreciate my self worth when it came to females and my confidence took its toll. I agree that the social norm has society believe in the “one”. He calls it one-itus. I agree that there are good ones and bad ones, but there isn’t the “one” “soul mate”. He make sense in a lot that he writes.

Im finding it hard to read these days, the distractions are many.

I find myself coming across book recommendations such as this one, wanting to read it, but simply adding it to my now exhaustive list of 'to read' books, and not actually getting round to reading

I've become too easily enticed to switching off with easy mindless watching of things, surfing forums and wanting information instantly, otherwise my brain gets distracted. So books, even if opened, often get left that way, open discarded half way through.

got any updates. got to admit, even at my age, it's an eye opener. always wondered why I had such an easy time getting women (alpha), and such a hard time with them turning into life sucking bitches after I decided to get into a relationship with one (beta)

Anyway to put it simply, you just need to be dominant, leader type, bold, that does not mean controlling cause that is the opposite of a dominant alpha type. Just be confident. If you’re not dominant, bold whatever you wanna call it then fake it till you make it. Walk around like you’re successful, smile, make eye contact, initiate and so on. Live yourself, value your own opinion on your self worth, don’t get your value from others. Don’t be too open right away or fawn over a women when she shows you a little attention, that shows that you do not have success which if true it goes back to fake it till you make it. Don’t need to read this guys nonsense to get with women.

When girls realize that you don't have any real job/career/business goals that can actually put food on the table, they'll become resentful towards you and/or leave you, and rightly so.
