in my youth I had no problem dropping that shit. I go up 50 lbs and see what I had in me, if i couldnt get it I'd let it come down on those shitty racks make all sorts of fucking noise. Stopped the gym in its traks a few times. I know my body better now and dont make huge jumps in weight and wont attempt somthing im not 97% sure I'll hit. Make small jumps in training, 5% or less when you get close to that PR territory. Better physically an more important mentally to hit 395 and feel like you got 5-10 more pounds than to miss 405 and doubt yourself for the next month.

Crappy thing about practicing form at lower weights is that for most of us the breakdown wont occur until the weight gets heavier. Just need to be mindful about it at all times. Proper form isn’t just so people wont talk shit or for white lights. When the big 3 are executed properly, you’ll lift more

True, It will happen if I keep working at it... Its funny when the weight lighter on all 3 lifts I actually think about all the cues, i may forget 1 and remember mid lift and then able to correct it or employ it (leg drive on bench as an example, I always forget it). When its heavier i tend to forget it and hope I do it... the pull yesterday i made a point working up to start lockout at about the knees and when I did my PR I didnt think about it and looking at the video bottom of knees is where I began to lockout, so it is starting to sink in
 
Weight down 2lbs, current weight 215.6. Gained 1.5 two weeks prior so a 1/2 loss really. I want to hit 200 then I will maintain.

I counted the drol I have left. I have enough for 15 days at 50mg or 1 week at 100mg. Contemplating running it if i think it's worth it. Thinking holding off until next blast or I have a couple weeks stall. Debating a lot on the gear. GH, EQ, Deca, Var, while on cruise. My mind is always full of thoughts and ideas lol.

maybe a touch of deca if you got achey joints but beyond that will not be a cruise , will alter your blood markers too much. the gh is a great addition from what I understand and I just started myself. so hopefully I can have some feedback on that in a few months.

Getting ready to head to gym its squat day. I really want to get this form and depth down. I am going to keep it high bar, as per perrin break at knees first and see what happens. I am gonna try to get video to see depth and form so you folks can help correct any issues. I have been foam rolling and static stretching and air squatting and watching vids at home while I am supposed to be working lol
 
Squat off a box bro. It puts you at depth every time. You will build muscle memory and automaticaly go to that depth after a few weeks on the box. I do 90% of my squats off a box. 12" for me puts be right below paralell
