Estimating tdee

Next week I'm starting gvt training with test, tren, superdrol. I weigh between 228 and 235 depending on time of day. I'm going to try out the vertical diet too. Do I want to eat the calories I need to get to my goal weight of 245-250 or do I start off at tdee for my current weight and increase gradually? I'm pretty depleted musclewise because I've been focusing on cardio and doing one body part a day for a while. Thanks! I'm guessing that I'll put on weight quick( muscle memory).

Transition your current caloric intake to vertical diet meals totaling the same cals.

Then for vertical dieting you’d add portion size first, then add a meal. Then portion. Then meal, etc if you get that far. Gradual increase to allow for growth but not fat gain.

I look forward to hearing about your progress. I would think that due to all the weight lost W/ dnp that your body will be almost sponge-like for nutrients and this cycle should allow you build some serious size and QUALITY muscle

You can get a Fitbit to track total distance walked a day. They offer calorie maintenance but it's not 100 percent accurate, tho many people report it is close. I have a One that fits in my pocket that I like.

What can a vertical diet do that a normal diet can't?

I’m guessing you don’t understand the intent of the vertical diet.
I read a little bit about it but no. I do not understand it.

A normal diet and training program has always worked for me. Care to explain it's purpose? I am not being a d1ck atm.

The idea is limited and easily digested while high in micronutrient food sources to maximize digestive efficiency and and caloric intake.

The irony.
Least i know how a god damn tdee works Jesus Christ seems people no more about the god damn drugs than the diet

atlear my questions fall into is 250 grams protein vs 270 a big difference?

which is obviously a solid NO but I just post it for opinions anyways for anecdotes

atleast IM NOT ASKING hey! Should I gradually increase 250 calories a week or hop right into the top! Why? Cuz I know the fucking answer to that

Won’t dispute that
But when u start coming at me for no fuckin reason ima start coming at you for every reason
I'm not coming at you. I'm joking with you! I'm sure you know that though? You're a young guy who I like(no homo). You dont whine about women or ed or gyno so you're just a normal guy in my book. Except for the hate of lazy slobs at the gym. Solution: Just grab a 45lb plate turn it with the writing down(more cuts) and drop it on their face while they're laying on a bench. Just be sure to say "oops!" when you do it. Makes it look like an accident.

Nothing, just less variables for me and I like the food.
Well like a Keto diet is eating a lot of fats and protein.

A vertical diet is eating a lot of veggies/fruits for micros and then eating a "macro" meal after?
Or just making sure to have a lot of vitamins and minerals with each meal?

I eat ground sirloin and rice. 3.5lbs and 10 cups. I also eat 3 or 4 cans of green beans or spinach along with 2 pieces of fruit a day. It's pretty well balanced. I also eat cut up cucumber, tomatoes, or salad.

Accutane is bad for you please stop using it.
For acne, showering twice a day and using dawn dish soap should help you a lot. If you need more advice let me know. Acne is easy to deal with.
