Good afternoon guys,

Finally going to pull the trigger and buy some real gear.
Stats
5'6
170 lbs
15% bf
Bench 245
Squat 315 (haven't maxed out in months)
Deadlift 365

been lazy lifting for about five years, only been taking the last 18 months or so seriously

I've done SARMs before and quickly realized it's cheaper, more effective and safer to just hop on real gear.
Plan to do
12 weeks Test E or Test C
500mg/week pin M/Th
AI as needed by 6 week bloods
Nolvadex PCT 4 weeks 40/40/20/20

Any feedback is appreciated, I'm here to learn.

Sounds like a good plan. You thought about getting pre cycle bloodwork?

Starting lifts look good. Glad you put in some work before hopping on the gear. All sounds good. Think you will make great progress.
 
Just an update, waiting on some gear still things got mixed up.
Getting Pre cycle bloods when I have all my ducks in a row.

When everything is settled I'll be running:
Stanny's Test E 500mg/week M/Th for 12 weeks, maybe 16 if it feels right.

AI as needed per 6 week bloods

Stans "Super PCT" 1ml ED/2 weeks then .5ml ED/2weeks 1 week after last pin

But current weight:
162 fasted this morning
Started getting a little chubby at 175, feeling good but still not as lean as I want to be. But figured better to cut now before my cycle to maximize gains and minimize the future cut.

Current routine is as follows:

Chest/Tris:
Bench Press 3x6-10 (185lbs)
High cable fly 2x15-20
low cable fly 2x15-20
pec deck 3x12
Tricep rope pulldown 3x12+
Tricep pushdown 3x12+
skull crushers 3x8+
either incline db press 2x12+ or hammer strength chest press 2x12+

Back/Bi:
db or bb rows 3x6-10 (155lbs 3x8)
seated cable rows 3x12
wide grip pulldowns 2x10
pulldowns 2x8
T bar rows 2x10
Hammer curls 2x15
ez bar curls 2x10
one arm cable rows 1x20
one arm pulldowns 1x20

shoulders:
warmup with incline press
seated db press 3x8 (55s)
seated bb ohp (smith machine) 3x10
seated lateral raises 3x15
front raises 2x20
face pull 2x15
shrugs pyramid 135-185-225-185-135 AMRAP
shoulder press machine 1x20
lateral raise machine 1x20


Legs:
low bar squats 3x8 (225lbs)

training 5 days per week on average

Current diet:
currently lower carb, just came off 1800 cal cut from 175-160
target 2500 cal
219 protein 219 carb 84 fat
meal 1
3 eggs, with meat
1 piece bread

meal 2
siggis yogurt
banana

meal 3
~8 oz chicken breast
sweet potato/rice/beans
fairlife milk

meal 4
trail mix


meal 5
~8 oz chicken breast
sweet potato/rice/beans

meal 6 before bed
16 oz fairlife whole milk
2 scoops combat protein

aside from the milk listed I drink water, very rarely do I drink any calories and if I do I log it in myfitnesspal.

I currently have a desk job, and it's been tough finding my TDEE for whatever reason.

Once on cycle I plan on jumping calories up to 3000 keeping 35/35/30 and seeing how that feels.

Let me know any feedback you guys have.

Just curious to your thoughts on adding some Masteron for a first cycle, or wait until after having the experience with a Test only cycle?

I was thinking doing 300mg/wk of Test E and 300 or 400mg/wk of Mast E to take advantage of the anti E effects of the Mast, and maximizing gains.
If I were to add Mast, I would cut from a 12+ week Test cycle to an 8 week first cycle.

Wait brother. Mast is relatively safe but no reason for you to add it. You won’t even know how sensitive you are to estrogen from a test base alone.
