Just become a better man yourself and more and hotter women will like you.

BTW better means improving your life in several key areas, not just about making more money.

Women often don't like engineers because they must travel a lot, and factories are located far away from the more glamorous areas (please correct me if I'm wrong).

So unless you find a nice upscale suburb near the factory (and a woman willing to settle there), you may have trouble keeping hot women.
