Have you been lifting still? I remember that old pic of yours you posted years ago. Thought by now you'd be getting on stage and winning a pro card rather than being a Meso punching bag![]()
Jesus man when are you going to understand that I am not trolling nor am I trying to be rude towards you. I am actually trying to help you...
Don't you remember I dropped in back in 2018? I had a very rough year then being in a coma for a month and then I had 3-4 more week long hospital stays, then Sept-Dec I had a JP drain sticking out of my side. Then March this year another week long hospital stay. June I had surgery. Throughout this time I have been working out and trying to do something. I actually love bodybuilding. I was in a bodybuilding magazine at the age of 13. Competitions though? I would never, I don't need to get on a stage for people to give me their approval. That's another level of narcissism.
I do bodybuilding. When I say that, that means I love going to the gym and challenging myself. You guys probably don't understand what that means, you guys think bodybuilding is about cramming as much steroids in your body and getting as huge as possible.
I am about the training not so much the results. When we get old we are going to have to give up on our bodies anyway. Why invest so much time into the result? Seems like a plan that is guaranteed to cause trauma. But then again for the most part you guys NEED your muscles or else you wouldn't have any confidence.
Our hearts aren't built to maintain 200+ lbs. I am 32 now but I am planning on keeping my mass at -205 lbs. At 40-50 I will bring it down to 180-190 probably if not less. My symmetry should be excellent at that point. @gr8whitetrukker check his bodyweight and his soon to come medical problems in the next 5-10 years here.
You guys equate the amount of muscle people have to knowledge or to superiority. That stuff is dumb.
So again, why don't you practice flexing in the mirror? Try pulling your traps up and getting a good "most muscular" pose. It would help with your shoulder separation too. Posing is one of the most underrated things in bodybuilding.
This is the pose you should practice:
