What's the best wrist-wraps for bench-pressing and the best knee-sleeves for squats? Thanks guys! Also I'm 210lbs, 5'9", is a 10mm powerlifting belt or a 13mm better for me? I'm going with the $100 Inzer forever lever belt.

Unsure about wrist wraps, but I went with SBD Knee Sleeves and I’ve had them for 3 years now and they are still going strong even with me consistently using them nearly every week and through 2 competitions. I’m sure Inzer’s are just as well made, just throwing up my experience.

I use Rehband knee sleeves but about everyone else in the gym, most of them PL competitors, use SBD. They are long and seem quite a hassle to put on, some guys pass on long socks first to be able to get the SBD on or off.

I’ve been using Inzer XT knee sleeves for 3-4 years. They’re adjustable and have held up well. However, I just recently switched to EliteFTS 9mm and I’m really liking them... as for wrist wraps, I also use EliteFTS and they’re great—stiff and good quality.

I have Titan Max RPM wrist wraps, never used any others to compare them with. My last knee sleeves were Slingshot Strong series and I had them over three years. The ones I have now are Stronghouse Project and I'm liking them so far. They cost a little less and it's a smaller, lifter owned company supposedly.

Using Strong for knee and elbow sleeves
Gangsta wrist wraps made my mark bell too
Inzer single prong belt 10mm

Also I'm hearing that I might need to order knee sleeves smaller than the actual diameter of my lower quad for tightness for knee support for squats, do you guys or a size under?

Thanks a lot guys, how would I know if a 10mm vs a 13mm powerlifting belt is better for me?
Preference. You’d have to try them both. I didn’t like my inzer belt (or any leather belt) personally, so I have a multi ply Cerberus belt that I’m liking so far.
As far as wraps, I’d say you’d have to try them too. What matters more than length is stiffness, and how much support you’re looking for.

I wouldn’t order smaller sleeves unless you plan on competing in them... For comfort sake, and ease of use.

Personal preference. Mine are 10mm.

And 20" wrist wraps are good for benching?

Check your preferred federation's rules about max length. I believe mine are 12-16", can't remember.

Usually you'd just get a smaller pair for competition only and have a looser pair for training. Tighter will be more uncomfortable and harder to get on and off. I've seen people at meets need 2-3 other people to get their sleeves on them.

Thanks so I should just measure my lower quad and order that size? I think I'm going with the stronghouse knee sleeves. The inzer's are colored red only and they don't look like they have very much length
