That’s probably because they use the website model. They said they were willing to take orders via email but from what I gathered it was not their preferred method.

Hey guys,
I’d like to drop a positive review for grayscale. I’ve ordered 3 times. Ordering was quick and easy. All correspondence has been quick and helpful. Each order arrived in less than a week. I haven’t had blood work done yet but will be happy to share it when I do. I’m feeling great on it so far though!

There was this guy that everyone thought was fake lol even though @Grayscale Compounding said it was a real customer

All orders that were placed this weekend have been shipped. Keep in mind USPS T/A time is a bit slower because of the holidays.
