So doing my usual meal prep....heavy on the breakfast and lunch burritos. Decided to swap the rice for Barley and am not at all disappointed.
Texture of the is a bit different but bigger flavor!

I was going through some digestive issues 2 years ago and the nutritionist put me on barley and kamut. Both showed up in the toilet quite often. My body did not care for them, but i didnt mind the barley.

Like Barley, but I've been on a massive Farro kick recently. Throw in spinach and mushroom, little bit of feta.

I can just sit and eat that shit.

Bro,
My wife is asian.
Not joking when k say this...
The fuxking Rice cooker... ALWAYS on.
She literally puts on a batch of rice at 5 am.
I asked her..."What the fuck?"

"Just in case" is what she replied.

I am 50% rice now
My wife is 1/4 asian,1/4 spanish, half white. We always have a rice cooker on too! She was raised in the Philippines. Her dad worked for the US Gov and her mom is from there. Her mom makes some kind of coffee out of rice, rice wine. Desserts made with rice. It the cure for everything!

Not yet but this is only day one..... I read it is great for gut health . Plus in comparison it is very nutrient dense so I'm giving it a shot.

I imagine you will notice some digestive changes. Alot of the gut health formulas and greens formulas include it for just this reason. If you really want to go crazy for some extra nutrient density throw in a little chlorella powder or spirulina. A little goes a long way as that stuff is potent for gut health too and very good for you.

The wife uses spirulina in her shakes...I haven't tried that yet, I am definitely going to. Also going to try BPC157, I have heard great things about it.

If anyone is having gut health issues I highly, highly recommend intermittent fasting aka time restricted eating. I dealt with sever gi issues for 2 years. I gave that a shot after reading peoples experiences and studies. It dam near cleared it up in a couple weeks. I was worried about losing muscle but I didnt. Strength and muscle stayed plus I dropped some fat. Truly amazing. There are so many studies showing how IF fixes many many metabolic disorders and others.
